1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (original artwork, limited prints, etc.), we have specific guidelines for refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will either send you the correct item or issue a full refund, depending on the availability of the correct product.

Change of Mind: Because most of our products are custom, original, or limited-edition artwork, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review the product details and images before placing your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Custom Artwork: Custom or commissioned pieces, once the work has been completed, are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or damage during shipping.

Limited Edition Prints: Prints sold as limited editions are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased as part of a sale or with a discount may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the product description and sale terms before purchasing.

4. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a return for damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
