Restfeeder is the work of Sam Nielandt. His collage project focuses on the intersection of heritage and speculation, where the past and the possible collide. His practice weaves together Asian and African cultural traditions; textiles, ornamentation, and ceremonial dress, with the visual language of cyberpunk and science fiction. Through this fusion, he imagines futures in which these rich cultural identities are not erased by technology, but amplified by it.
